So let’s get started… let’s make a custom email address on our own domain. So to do that We are going to do 3 steps The first step is to get a domain and hosting Now if you already have a domain and hosting with WebSpakeKit you can skip to step 2 of this tutorial Now to get the domain and hosting Just click the link below this video And it will take you to WebSpaceKit. This is the place where we’re going to get our domain and hosting. Now here enter the name you want for your website As I already have picked a name for my site I am going to enter that And click ‘Search’ And as you can see, our domain name is available Once you choose your name Next, let’s see how you can get this domain name & hosting. So to get this domain name & hosting Just click add to cart And then click continue Now It will ask you to choose a plan Based on the number of websites you need You can choose the plan here I want just one website So I am going to choose this plan Next, you can choose how long you want the hosting for You can choose any length here As you go longer you can see that we are getting a discount I am going to select 12 months And click continue Here we can see that we are getting our domain, which iscakeviews.com for free, and our hosting These are going to be valid for 1 year Now to get this domain and hosting Let’s fill in these details Now choose the payment method you want Here enter your details And click order now So now, we have successfully placed the order. Now if we click here. You can see that we have successfully got our domain and hosting. Okay! Once you have got your domain and hosting Next, let’s go to the step 2, which is to create a business email account So to create an email account Click here Now scroll down And click on Email Accounts.

Now to create your business email account Click ‘create email account’ Now here enter the business email you want I’m going to enter, “alex@cakeviews.com” Next, you need to enter a password for your business email You can give your own password or you can get the default password by clicking here I am going to enter the password, Now make a note of this password, You will need this in the later part of the video So I am going to copy this And then save it to my notepad Once you’ve saved the password. Now enable this to get unlimited space And click ‘Create’ So now we have successfully created the business email account. Once you have created the account Next, let’s go to the final step which is to create an Email Forward Creating an email forward will forward all the emails coming to your business email to an inbox where you can read your mails So to create an email forward Just click here And it will take you to this page Now scroll down click ‘Forwarders’ And then click ‘add forwarder’ Now, here enter your Gmail address where you want to forward your business emails I am going to enter my email id, Then, click add forwarder So now we have successfully created the email forward And now, all the emails which we receive to this business email will be forwarded to our Gmail inbox Okay! Now let’s see how it works Let’s try to send an email to our business email So to send the email Let’s go to any random Gmail account And click ‘Compose’ Now let’s send a test email to our business email.

So now, if we go to our Gmail inbox You can see that, we’ve received the email So let’s open it And here You can see that it was sent to our business email And we’ve received that email in our Gmail inbox So now you will be able to receive business emails to your gmail inbox Now, If we try to reply to this mail, You can see that, it still goes from our Gmail id, instead of our business email we want our email to be sent from our business email Next now let’s see how to add Business email to Gmail So to add your business email to Gmail Go to your inbox And click here And then click ‘see all settings’ Now click ‘accounts and import’ Since we want to send emails from our business email Let’s click add another email address And you will get a new window In this box you can type any name you want as your ‘’from name” I am going to enter my name Now this name will appear when someone receives an email from you Now in this field, enter your business email that you have created I am going to enter, Alex@cakeviews.com and then click next step Now to add your business email to Gmail You need to get these details from your hosting account So to get it, Let’s go to this tab And then click here to go back Now scroll down click ‘configure mail client’ And it will take you to this page You can see that, we have got the details we want So let’s copy these details and paste it here First, let’s copy the username and paste it here Then Change the port to 465 And then enter the password you saved earlier in the notepad So let’s copy that and paste it here Once you have entered all these details Click ‘add account‘ Now Gmail will send a confirmation code to your business email So to get the code Let’s go to our inbox And open this confirmation email Now copy this code and paste it here Then click verify As soon as you click verify, your business email will be added to your gmail And then if you go to your inbox You can see that we have successfully added our business email to Gmail Now.

if you click compose and click here, You can see that our business email address has been added Now you can start sending emails from your business email So let’s try sending an email I am going to select the business email Let’s send a test email to a random Gmail address Now if we click send And go to that inbox and click refresh You can see that we have received an email. So let’s open it Now If you click here, you can see that the mail was sent from, Alex@cakeviews.com which is our business email Okay! So now we can send and receive emails from our business email. This means we’ve now successfully created our business email and you can now start using it. Now if you want to make this email address as your default From address Just go to your gmail inbox And Click ‘make default’ So, now your business email address will be default ‘From Address’ Now, to check it Click ‘compose’ You can see that our business email is now selected by default Now you know how to create a business email on your domain But, what if you want to create multiple business emails on the same domain Let’s say you want to create another business email like, support@xyz.com or contact@xyz.com How can we do that? So next let’s see how you can create multiple business emails on your domain. So to create another business email, We’re going to do 2 steps The first step is to create a business email account So to create an email account Go to WebSpaceKit click here Now scroll down and click on ‘Email Accounts’ Now to create your email account click ‘create email account’ Now enter the business email you want I’m going to enter “support@cakeviews.com” Next, enter a password Now make a note of this password, I am going to copy this And then save it to my notepad Once you’ve saved the password. Now enable this to get unlimited MB And Just click ‘Create’ Okay! So now we have successfully created a business email account. Next, let’s go to the final step which is to create an Email Forward So to create it Just click here And it will take you to Webmail Now scroll down click ‘Forwarders’ And then click ‘add forwarder’ Now, here enter your Gmail address where you want to forward your business emails I am going to enter my email id Then, click ‘add forwarder’ So now we have successfully created the email forward. And now, all the emails which we receive to this business email will be forwarded to our Gmail inbox.

Once you’ve created the email forward Now let’s see how to add new business email to Gmail So to add your new business email to Gmail Let’s go to our inbox Click here And then click ‘see all settings’ Now click ‘accounts and import’ Since we want to send emails from our business email Let’s click add another email address And you will get a new window Now here type any name you want as your ‘from name’ I am going to type, support from cakeviews Now in this field, you need to enter the business email id which you have just created I am going to enter, support@cakeviews.com And then click next step Now to add your business email to gmail You need to get these details from your hosting account So to get that, Let’s go to this tab Now click here to go back Now scroll down And click ‘configure mail client’ And it will take you to this page You can see that, we have got the details we want So let’s copy these details And paste it here First let’s copy this username and paste it here Then Change the port to 465 And then enter the password that you saved previously So let’s copy that password and paste it here Once you have entered all these details Just click ‘add account’ Now Gmail will send a confirmation code to your business email So to get the code, Let’s go to our Gmail inbox And open this confirmation email and copy this code and paste it here, Then click verify As soon as you click verify, your business email will be added to Gmail Now if you go to your inbox you can see that, We have successfully added our business email to Gmail Now let’s see how it works So let’s click compose And you can see that our business email address has been added. Now you can start sending emails from your business email. So let’s try sending an email Now if we click send And go to that inbox And click ‘refresh’ You can see that we have received an email. So let’s open it And here, you can see that it was sent from our new business email, which is support@cakeviews.com
