Saturday, September 10

Raja Charles III met with senior officials at the Palace of St. James, known as the accession council, and was officially named the king. Blowing the trumpet, an official reading the proclamation loudly from the palace balcony. It was also read in other places throughout England.

In parliament, British Prime Minister Liz Truss and senior MPs vowed loyalty to the new king before paying respect to the late Ratu.

Prince William and his wife Kate, Princess Wales, joined Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, to see the tribute of flowers left by the public to respect Queen Elizabeth II.

Near Balmoral Castle in Scotland, three small children of Queen – Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward – and their families read some of the remaining notes for the queen along with hundreds of flower tributes.

Monday September 12

The Queen’s coffin, accompanied by the King and Queen Consort, traveled to the Cathedral of ST Giles in Edinburgh where he would remain 24 hours for the public to pay respect. Royal family members will watch the coffin at night.

Raja Charles II and Queen Consort Camilla will visit parliament to pay homage to the House of Commons and House of Lords.

The royal couple will then travel to Edinburgh where they will attend the queen’s commemoration ceremony, visit the Scottish parliament and meet with senior officials.

Tuesday September 13

The Queen’s coffin was taken in a corpse to Edinburgh Airport. He will be flown to London by the Royal Air Force and escorted to Buckingham Palace.

The King and Camilla visited Northern Ireland, where they met with politicians and religious leaders and attended the warning ceremony at St Anne Cathedral.

Wednesday, September 14

The coffin was brought by a weapons train from the Buckingham Palace to parliament, followed by the king and other royal family members.

Located in the Hall of Parliament Westminster medieval, where the Archbishop of Canterbury performed short services. The queen will then lie in this position for four days until the morning of the funeral. Community members will be able to pay their respects and the army will be on guard.

Friday, September 16

Raja and Queen Consort will visit Wales.

Monday, September 19

The queen’s coffin will be brought from Westminster Hall to the nearest Westminster Abbey for the burial of the country starting at 11 am (10:00 GMT). High leaders and officials from all over the world are expected to attend. This funeral marks the end of 10 days of national mourning, and that day will be a public holiday in the UK.
